There is no limit to the number of claims you can file for mechanical or electrical breakdown after the manufacturer’s warranty expires or accidental damage (screen-only and back glass-only) repair claims. Accidental damage (screen-only and back glass-only) repair is limited to certain smartphone models and only applies when repair service is available and provided through an Assurant-authorized repair center. For accidental damage (all other), loss, or theft, you are allowed up to three covered claims within a rolling twelve-month period based on the date of the first repair/replacement.
Xfinity Mobile Care Plus
There is no limit to the number of claims you can file for mechanical or electrical breakdown. There is no limit to the number of claims you can file for accidental damage, loss, or theft; however, each device is covered up to $5,000 in aggregate for claims within a rolling 12-month period starting from the date of the first repair or replacement.
